Platinum Glow Challenger T2 3m Square Anthracite Free Arm Parasol
This free-arm parasol is designed for outdoor garden and patio use. The cantilever structure allows the canopy to be positioned without a central pole beneath the shaded area.
The parasol incorporates integrated warm white LED lighting within the ribs of the canopy. The lighting can be configured to illuminate both upward and downward, or upward only. The lighting system operates wirelessly using two rechargeable batteries. According to the manufacturer, the batteries provide up to three hours of operation per charge and can be recharged using the supplied USB charger.
The parasol features a double tilt mechanism that allows adjustment both side-to-side and backward and forward. Once positioned, the canopy can be secured using the integrated locking lever. The canopy can also rotate 360 degrees, allowing the shaded area to be repositioned without moving the base.
The internal mechanism is manufactured from stainless steel and housed within a powder-coated aluminium frame. The pole is constructed from powder-coated aluminium and incorporates a cast aluminium handle. Tension springs support the canopy fabric to help maintain an even surface.
The canopy fabric is specified as 300 g/m² polyester in an Anthracite colour with a PU coating. According to the manufacturer, the fabric is described as water-repellent and dirt-resistant.
